we are paying ROAD TAX FOR WHAT SOME OF THE ROADS IN BRUM ARE A disgrace and for parking it costs a fortune

Reforms for unscrupulous landlords have been promised by various governments since the days of Rachman and what few tenant protection laws have been put in place have always been surmounted by those landlord's that just want to get rich quick and who have no thought for their tenants. The fact that we have so many illegal immigrants at the moment does not help matters at all because they are scared to report the condition that they are forced to live in.
