The elf 'n' safety jobsworths that are killing British summertime: Lucky dips banned because shredded paper is deemed a hazard and donkey rides kicked off beaches Government blasts 'ridiculous' bans on our favourite holiday activities Research reveals how businesses and councils use non-existent health and safety laws to stop pastimes Donkey rides banned over sunbather safety and lucky dips over paper cuts One cafe refused to put strawberry sauce on ice cream over slip fea Dire weather is not the only thing ruining the British summer because jobsworths are habitually imposing bans on our favourite holiday pastimes over 'ridiculous' health and safety fears, the Government warned today. New research has found that lucky dips have been stopped because of paper cuts and donkey rides on beaches are now considered too dangerous in case a sunbather is injured. Staff at a cafe in Bedfordshire refused to put strawberry sauce on a customer's ice cream in case it dripped and caused a slip hazard, according to the Department for Work and Pensions. Pervert arrested for having sex with stuffed animal in supermarket
A DISTURBED man has been arrested for having sex with a cuddly toy in a supermarket – in broad daylight.
Sean Johnson has been charged with both indecent exposure and criminal mischief for the incident.
Employees at a Walmart in Brooksville, Florida, claim to have seen Johnson, 19, pick up a stuffed animal from the shelves and begin masturbating with it.
According to officials, the suspect picked up the toy and proceeded to the bedding department where he pleasured himself.
He then went back to the toy department and put the stuffed horse back on the shelf, before fleeing the store.
The act was caught on CCTV which has since been seen by officers.
Cops, responding to the complaint, arrived at the store at 3pm on Tuesday to find the toy covered in semen.
A number of other items were contaminated and had to be destroyed.
Johnson, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, fled the scene but was later found by officers.
Following his arrest he was taken to Hernando County Jail but is now on bail after posting his 1,500 (£940) bond.
Cops claim Johnson admitted to the lewd act during interview.

Tasers were fired by West Midlands Police more than any other force in England and Wales, statistics show.
The weapon was deployed by West Midlands Police 452 times in the six months from January to June, and actually fired in 120 of those cases.
New figures from the Home Office show the force fired more than the four-times-larger Metropolitan Police, which fired 114 times.
Shining a red laser warning dot was the most common Taser use in all 43 forces.
Supt Darren Miles, from West Midlands Police, said: "Officers have to justify using Taser, in the same way as they judge the use of CS spray or batons.
"From January to June this year over 70% of the incidents where Taser was used it was not fired

Isn't this why we have incest laws to prevent inbreeding. I am not against gays having children this way, but not with close relatives.
