I think it's the thin edge of the wedge, how long before you are paying for the normal bin collections?

They are taking the flak from homeowners fed up with rules on recycling.
Rubbish collecters were punched, driven into, spat at, threatened with knives and even battered with bins.
A survey of councils found there were 175 incidents of physical and verbal abuse last year.
The figure is up 27% in four years with 68 incidents of refuse collectors physically attacked.
Some were assaulted after householders were told they had sorted their rubbish for recycling incorrectly, while others were abused because people were annoyed extra bin bags were not taken away.
There were also a number of “road rage” incidents by drivers stuck behind trucks.
Heather Wakefield, from trade union Unison, said: “There is absolutely no justification for any worker to be threatened or attacked while doing their job.
“Refuse collectors carry out a vital role in keeping every local community across the country clean and tidy – and it is shocking that threats and assaults are on the rise.
“Council budgets have been cut by an average of 40% by the Government since 2010 and this will inevitably impact on all council services. It is not the workers who collect rubbish and recycling who decide the type, frequency and amount of refuse that can be collected.”
battering the bin men why would you do that?
