US pop brat Justin Bieber, 20, also admitted buying his pants there during his UK tour. Now the firm wants to take over a 250,000 sq ft mall in Birmingham.
The company will splash £60million on the city centre Pavilions site.
The move will make the new store Britain’s biggest one-brand High Street shop.

Retail analyst Richard Perks said: “Primark’s success shows Brits’ fondness for cheap, disposable fashion.
“They’ve hit the mood perfectly. In times like these, fashion is an affordable treat.”
The huge Primark would dominate half of the Pavilions.
Pop babe Rita scours her local Primark in disguise. She said: “I put on a hoodie and shades and go there. Last time I bought underwear and socks ’cos I was on tour and I’d run out of everything.”
Primark, which has 269 stores in nine European countries, is now planning to open in America.
