can any body help on this one can an o.a,p use there bus pass on the Birmingham trains do they get free travel in Birmingham or do they have to pay

I realise its a while since this question was posed but this is what I understand the situation to be, if you live in the area covered by the West Midland Passenger Transport Executive, which consists of the administrative areas of Birmingham City Council, Coventry City Council, Wolverhampton City Council and the Metropolitan District Councils of Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull and Walsall. Which basically means if you pay your rates to any of the above councils and concessionary travel card issued will enable you to use Centro Trains within that area. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I've never used or been issued with one.
